3.?项目概况：中化 (略) 100万吨/年乙烯及炼油改扩建项目35万吨/年PP装 (略) 拥有的气相流化双反应器聚丙烯（UNIPOL?）工艺，以乙烯裂解装置的聚合级丙烯、乙烯、氢气为原料生产均聚、无规共聚及抗冲共聚聚丙烯颗粒。本次招标物资为Grace专利的PP装置中1套挤压造粒机，为本装置长周期设备。
*3.?对投标人的资质业绩要求：
1)?投标人具有有效的营业执照（国内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（国外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；
2)?投标人必须是制造商，本项目不接受代理商投标；
3)?投标人2008年以来，具有3套30万吨/年及以上PP装置每小时挤出量48吨/时及以上的挤压造粒机使用业绩( (略) 时间超过1年)。请提供相关的业绩表（标明型号、用户名称、 (略) 在地、投用时间、装置规模等），并出具销售合同关键页或最终验收证明复印件或其他证明文件；
4)?投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开 (略) (略) 资信证明的原件或复印件；
5)?投标人在中国境内近3年没有不良业绩记录或严重质量问题，并出具相应情况说明；

*4.Qualificationrequirementstothebidders:
1)ThebiddershallhasaneffectiveBusinessLicense(domesticbidders)orBusinessRegistration(foreignbidder),thebiddershouldprovidethecorrespondingphotocopy.
2)ThebiddershallbetheGoods’manufacturer,agentshallnotbeacceptedunderthisbiddingproject;
3)Since2008,TheBiddershallhavemanufacturedthreesetsofPelletingSystem(whichcanproduce48tonsperhourorabove.)of300KMTAorabovePPPlant,whichhasbeenrunningsteadilyforatleast1year.
