3.?项目概况：中化 (略) 100万吨/年乙烯及炼油改扩建项目35万吨/年PP装 (略) 拥有的气相流化双反应器聚丙烯（UNIPOL）工艺，以乙烯裂解装置的聚合级丙烯、乙烯、氢气为原料生产均聚、无规共聚及抗冲共聚聚丙烯颗粒。本次招标物资为Grace专利PP装置中1套尾气压缩机，为本装置长周期设备。
*4.?对投标人的资质业绩要求：
1)?投标人必须是制造商，本项目不接受代理商投标；
2)?中国关境内投标人须提供有效的营业执照副本复印件，中国关键外投标人须提供企业经营许可证明文件复印件；
3)?近5年（ * 日至今，以合同签订日期为准），投标人在（UNIPOL）工艺的聚丙烯项目上，至少有2台尾气压缩机的制造销售业绩。请提供业绩表，并出具销售合同关键页或最终验收证明复印件，应反映合同签订日期、供货范围、装置类型、工艺及规模。
4)?近10年（ * 日至今，以合同签订日期为准），投标人必须在国内或国外至少有2台四列三级立式迷宫压 (略) 业绩（≥1年）。请提供包括合同或用户证明在内的证明文件复印件。证明文件应反映合同签订日期、供货范围、装置类型及规模、所处理物料名称、处理能力、 (略) (略) 状况。
5)?投标人必须具有有效的ISO9000系列质量管理体系认证证书，并出具相应证书复印件；
6)?投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开 (略) (略) 资信证明的原件或复印件；
7)?投标人在中国境内近三年没有不良业绩记录或严重质量问题，并出具相应情况说明；

*4.Qualificationrequirementstothebidders:
1)ThebiddershallbetheGoods’manufacturer,agentshallnotbeacceptedunderthisbiddingproject.
2 *** providethecopyofEffectiveBusinessLicense,BidderfromabroadshouldprovidethecopyofEffectiveBusinessRegistration.
3)Nearly5years(SinceJanuary1,2013tothepresent,Onthedateofsigningthecontract),theBiddershallhavemanufacturedtwosetsofVentRecoveryCompressorforPPPlant,whichdesignonthebasisofUNIPOLTechnology.(indicatingthedateofsigningthecontract,thescopeofsupply,thetypeandsizeoftheequipment,theTechnologyetc.),thesupportingdocumentsshouldbeprovidedaswell,suchaskeycontractpagesphotocopy,orfinalacceptancecertificatephotocopy,etc.;
